1. Are online consultations legal?
There are no limitations in consulting with a patient online, according to MCI and Niti Ayog regulations. Docon provides a safe and secure environment for doctors to communicate with patients online. It allows patients and doctors to connect at their convenience.
2. How will I get compensated?
Docon receives and settles payments on behalf of doctors on a weekly basis, to ensure that you receive the whole amount.
3. What happens if I’m unable to diagnose a patient online?
If you feel a physical examination is required to understand the patient's medical situation, you can cancel the appointment. In this situation, the patient will get a full reimbursement.
4. How can my patients book appointments for video consultation?
Patients can book the appointment via Docon Patient app or website. Patient app is required to begin the remote consultation.
