   A. Cancellation Policy

   1. Cancellation and Refunds

The services provided by Docon are being used by the registered medical practitioners (RMP/Practitioner) and the platform Docon is being used for the purpose of performing teleconsultation; supporting storage of patient records in electronic format, remind patients for medicines, vaccines and consultations; helping the Practitioner generate electronic copy of a prescription which can be accessed by patients whenever required thereby making the process easily accessible. The fees charged by Docon to the Practitioner is on a post-paid basis and therefore there is no cancellation event that will arise. However in case there are any queries regarding cancellation you may contact at hello@docon.co.in .

   2. Timelines:

The payment that needs to be made by the Practitioner towards the consideration amount for using Docon for conducting aforementioned services shall be made within ten (10) days from date of invoice receipt. In the event the Practitioner has any queries with respect to the platform or have any questions with respect to cancellation and return, he/she may reach out to us within seven (7) days of raising of invoice by Docon. In case of any discrepancies, the refund of the disputed amount will be made within seven (7) - fifteen (15) working days based on method of payment.
